Hello! My name is Rachael Engell (middle name Ann). I've found joy in creating ever since I can remember. I have a background in business; graduating from the University of Washington with a major in Business Marketing and working for companies such as Nordstrom and Microsoft. After having my son and feeling burnt out from the corporate world; I decided to pursue my own creative dreams and turn my passions (the ones I thought of as outlets and electives) into a business. My favorites include restoring furniture, painting and macrame in addition to decorating both spaces and events. I'm a big fan of DIY and creative solutions. I love the work I do, the joy it brings others, and the alignment it brings to who I am and what matters most to me. I'm inspired by the amazing and ever changing beauty of nature...it is the heart of all my work. I hope to share this with you - so that you may also find beauty and inspiration both inside and out.
